What does NOVEX manufacture?
NOVEX manufactures rolling papers. The portfolio consists of two main categories: Interleaving Booklets and Flat Booklets.
Which formats are available for Interleaving Booklets?
Five standard formats are produced: King Size Slim (108 × 44 mm, 32 leaves), King Size Super Slim (108 × 36 mm, 32 leaves), Regular (69 × 36 mm, 50 leaves), King Size XL (107 × 53 mm, 32 leaves) and 1¼ (75 × 44 mm, 50 leaves).
Which paper grammages are available?
For both Interleaving and Flat Booklets, grammage options start from 12 g/m². Other grammages and specifications can be evaluated according to product requirements.
Which adhesive is used on gummed products?
Gummed products use gum arabic of natural origin that meets high quality standards.
What paper is used for Flat Booklets?
Flat Booklets use paper developed in France with a formulation specific to NOVEX, in grammages starting from 12 g/m².
Do you offer contract or private label manufacturing?
Yes. We develop contract manufacturing and private label projects for companies in Türkiye and abroad. Requests are evaluated within our production capabilities and the applicable legislation.
What is your production capacity?
Our facility has three multi-format Interleaving Booklet lines, each with a capacity of approximately 160 booklets per minute, plus a dedicated Flat Booklet line.
Can I buy products on this website?
No. This website is for corporate information only; there are no sales, prices or orders. Products may not be sold to persons under 18.
Where is your facility located?
Our production facility is in Veliköy, Çerkezköy (Tekirdağ), on 17. Cadde, adjoining the Autotek factory. You can find it on the map on our Contact page.
