Quality, dimensional accuracy, product consistency and efficiency are the core priorities of our production processes.
From paper selection to cutting and packaging, we follow a stable production approach that complies with technical standards at every stage. Paper grammage, leaf size, pack content and other technical parameters are defined according to the relevant production standards and customer requirements.

Compliance of inputs such as paper, ink and adhesive with the technical specification.
Size and cutting
Checks on leaf dimensions and cutting accuracy.
Booklet integrity
Leaf count and booklet structure against the specification.
Packaging and labels
Accuracy of mandatory information, health warnings and coding.
Production inputs
Materials and composition
- Rolling papers are made from cellulose-based pulp.
- Interleaving Booklets use paper in grammages starting from 12 g/m²; other grammages can be evaluated on request.
- Flat Booklets use paper developed in France with a formulation specific to NOVEX, in grammages starting from 12 g/m².
- Gummed products use gum arabic of natural origin.
- All inputs, including paper, ink and adhesive, are sourced in line with the technical provisions of the applicable legislation.
