01 · Interleaving Booklet
Multi-format Interleaving Booklet production lines
Our facility has three multi-format production lines, each with a capacity of approximately 160 booklets per minute.
This infrastructure enables Interleaving Booklet production in different sizes and leaf counts. Because the lines can be adapted to different product formats, production can be planned flexibly according to technical requirements.

02 · Flat Booklet
Flat Booklet production and precision cutting
NOVEX operates a separate, specially configured line for flat (book-style) rolling paper booklets. The line consists of equipment for processing and sizing the paper and converting it into the flat booklet format.
An industrial guillotine cutter and precision cutting equipment enable controlled, repeatable and highly accurate sizing across different product dimensions.

Process

Controlled sizing with an industrial guillotine and precision cutting equipment.
Packing and coding
Unit packs are packed and coded so that they carry the legally required information.
Quality control and shipment
After final checks, products are prepared for scheduled shipment.
