These Terms of Use govern the use of www.novexrollingpaper.com (the “Site”), operated by NOVEX Sigara Kâğıdı Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“NOVEX”). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is published to provide corporate and technical information about NOVEX’s activities, production infrastructure and product groups to business partners and relevant institutions. No products are sold on the Site, no prices are shown, and no content on the Site constitutes an offer for sale, advertising or promotion. The Site has been prepared for information purposes only, in line with Turkish Law No. 4207 on the Prevention and Control of the Harmful Effects of Tobacco Products. 2. Age Restriction
The Site is intended only for persons aged 18 and over. By confirming the age verification step shown on entry, you declare that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use the Site.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, design and software, belongs to NOVEX or its licensors and is protected under intellectual and industrial property legislation. The NOVEX, WELLMOR and MSC Cigarette Paper names and logos belong to their respective rights holders.
Site content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without NOVEX’s prior written permission. Short quotations that cite the source and do not alter the meaning of the content, and direct links to the Site, are excluded from this restriction; however, such use must not create the impression of any relationship with, or endorsement by, NOVEX.
4. Nature of the Information and Disclaimer
The information on the Site has been prepared with care for general information purposes. Nevertheless, NOVEX does not warrant that the content is always complete, up to date or free of errors. Technical information on dimensions, grammage, formats and production capacity is general in nature and not binding; final product specifications and commercial terms are determined only by written agreements between the parties. Contract manufacturing and private label requests are assessed separately within technical capabilities and the applicable legislation.

The Site may contain links to third-party services such as WhatsApp or Google Maps, or to other websites. These links are provided for convenience only. NOVEX is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NOVEX shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, from errors or omissions in the content, from interruptions in access or from technical failures. NOVEX does not undertake that the Site will operate without interruption or error.

NOVEX reserves the right to change or update the content of the Site and these Terms of Use, or to suspend access to the Site temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. The current terms apply from the date they are published on this page.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Tekirdağ shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
