Tobacco products are harmful to health. Smoking kills.
1. Information Under Law No. 4207
The Site has been prepared solely for corporate information purposes, taking into account Turkish Law No. 4207 on the Prevention and Control of the Harmful Effects of Tobacco Products and related legislation. Its content provides technical and corporate information about the Company’s activities, production infrastructure, product groups and regulatory compliance approach for business partners, suppliers and relevant institutions.
The Site contains no advertising, promotion or sponsorship of any kind, and it is not intended to encourage or promote the use of tobacco, tobacco products or products used with them. Images on the Site are used to document the production facility, equipment and the technical characteristics of the products.
2. No Sales
No products are sold through the Site; no orders are accepted and no prices are published. Nothing on the Site may be interpreted as an offer for sale or an invitation to purchase. Business cooperation requests are assessed only through direct contact, within technical capabilities and the applicable legislation.
3. Age Restriction
The Site is intended only for persons aged 18 and over, and an age verification step is shown on entry. NOVEX products are not sold or supplied to persons under 18. NOVEX also expects its business partners to comply with the legal obligations relating to this rule. Users are responsible for any false declaration made at the age verification step.
4. Health Warning
Tobacco products are harmful to health. Smoking kills. Tobacco use causes serious health problems, including cancer and cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
In Türkiye, anyone seeking support to stop using tobacco can call the free ALO 171 Quit Smoking Helpline run by the Ministry of Health or contact their nearest healthcare provider. Visitors from other countries are advised to contact the national quit-smoking services or healthcare providers available in their country.
5. Production Facility and Regulation
NOVEX’s production facility in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ is a facility subject to permits under the relevant legislation. Products are placed on the market within the framework of the Certificate of Conformity for Placing on the Market (Piyasaya Arz Uygunluk Belgesi). Unit packs carry the information required by law, such as health warnings, manufacturer details and coding. 6. Changes to Content
The information on the Site is general in nature and may be changed, updated or removed without prior notice. Technical information is not binding; final terms are determined only by written agreements between the parties. Other conditions governing the use of the Site are set out in our Terms of Use.

The Site may contain links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. The content and data processing practices of these services are the responsibility of the respective providers.
