This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit www.novexrollingpaper.com (the “Site”), operated by NOVEX Sigara Kâğıdı Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“NOVEX”, “we”, “us”). For visits from Türkiye, it is based on the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK); for visits from the European Economic Area (EEA), it also takes into account the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the extent applicable. 1. Nature of the Site
The Site is published for corporate information purposes only. There are no product sales, user accounts, orders or online payments on the Site. We therefore process only the limited data needed for contact and application processes.
2. What Data Do We Process?
Data you provide directly
- Your name, surname, company, job title, e-mail address, telephone number and message content submitted via the contact form or by e-mail;
- Messages you send via WhatsApp and your phone number;
- CVs and attachments you send by e-mail for job applications.
Data collected automatically
- Server logs such as IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, and the date and time of your visit;
- Strictly necessary cookies that remember your age verification, language and cookie preferences;
- Aggregated usage data collected through analytics cookies, only if you consent.
3. Contact Form
Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to assess and respond to your request. It is not used for marketing or newsletters and is never sold to third parties. To prevent misuse of the form, technical data such as your IP address and the time of submission may be recorded.
4. WhatsApp Link
The Site contains a link that allows you to contact us via WhatsApp. Clicking it opens the WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Web. WhatsApp is an independent service of the Meta Platforms group, and any data you share through this channel is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy and terms. We can only see the messages you send us and your visible profile information. We recommend that you do not share sensitive personal data through this channel.
5. Embedded Google Maps
Google Maps content may be used on our Contact page to show our location.
